ARTICULATED MIXERS RNK SERIES
Output capacity starting from 10 t/h up to 100 t/h.
Mixers with double arms: the first arm is for sand transport the second is for mixing the sand with binders.
Available models with different lengths from 4 mt up to 9 mt.
- Book opening type of the mixing arm.
- Lining of stainless steel in the mixer arm.
- Half moon mixing blade with lining carry- over.
- Discharge outlet valve to have a perfect agglomeration also for the first sand.
- Autocleaning system by means of a nebulization of a inhibitor inside the mixing arm.
By request a wide range of optional can be installed:
- Smart control of the output of the binders and autoregulation between the real quantity of binders and the set points fixed.
- Blend control between two catalysts (fast and slow ) depending on the environmental temperature.
- Motorization of one or both arms.
- Remote control by radio.
