Sogemi, by specializing in the supply of resin sand systems, on one hand can provide its customers with the reclamation plants more efficient in terms of percentage of sand reclamation and energy savings, on the other hand Sogemi can provide mixers and fully automated molding plants and with maximum productivity.
Our production is divided into three main divisions:
Sands Reclamation Division
We can define our production as the most suitable and effective for sand reclamation; we have given an effective response to one of the first modern ecological and market requirements that have pushed the foundries around the world to consider the reuse of raw materials, sands, as an essential need no longer to be avoided, in order to remain competitive in the global market.
Starting among the leaders, more than forty years ago, with mechanical reclamation plants we reached the aim, through continuous research and development, to propose sand thermal regeneration plants for their higher efficiency than the competition, our thermal regeneration was adopted by the leading foundries in the last 15 years, as well as our recent installations for the reclamation of sodium silicate bonded sands up to the chromite separation plants.

Furnaces Division
The name of Sogemi is also associated with the technology of cast iron oxy-combustion rotary melting furnaces, we sell them satisfactory for more than twenty years both on the Italian market and abroad. We have more than two hundred operative plants around the world.
